Guiding You to Stronger, Healthier Relationships Through Biblical Wisdom
Are you facing challenging relationship issues and seeking a wise, compassionate way forward? My mission is to walk alongside you, equipping you with the tools to build the life you've always envisioned—one where strength and gentleness go hand in hand. By using Scripture as a guiding framework, I help you make life-changing decisions with clarity, confidence, and faith.
With over 30 years of experience—first as a social worker and later in business—I’ve encountered and navigated countless interpersonal challenges. Through these experiences, I developed this coaching program to share the powerful lessons I’ve learned, so you, too, can transform your relationships, embrace your God-given purpose, and live with greater peace and fulfillment.
The Stand for What Is Noble self-study guide will cover topics such as:
How to deal with difficult questions.
How to fine tune your emotional intelligence skills to do such things as read a room or recognize emotions in facial expressions.
How to use your voice as a gauge to your own emotional state before you respond to someone.
I selected these and few other key areas for the topics to include in this workbook. I will share with you the research and the tools I found helpful. We will discuss the need for an awareness of ourselves and discover what triggers our natural response and then from there we will work on ways to train ourselves to respond to others in the most noble way.
I enjoy travelling, history, bocce ball, cooking, entertaining, and visiting with family.
